Who doesn’t love a great Chocolate Sauce? This sauce can be used to drizzle over desserts such as waffles, pavlova, stewed fruits and so much more. It is also great to use as the base for drinks like the Hot Chocolate you see here, or it can also be used to make Iced Chocolate. Simply Pour some of the sauce into a chilled glass. Two thirds fill the glass with cold milk, then mix lightly (the swirls fo chocolate look and taste great) and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum!!! You could also use it as the base for a Chocolate Martini, add some Baileys, chocolate liquor and vodka, shave some chocolate on top and it’s ready to go.
