Kids Mindfulness Workshop


If you are interested in helping your kids developing resiliency, life skills and learning to cope with stress, anxiety, emotions and much more, then this workshop is what you have been looking for.Then this 8 week program is perfect.

Kids Mindfulness Workshop aims to:

  • Minimise the symptoms of anxiety and stress
  • Build emotional resilience
  • Empower children to self-manage their anxiety
  • Teach children Mindfulness exercises they can use for life
  • Build a reservoir of 'strength' to enable children to cope with life more effectively
  • Minimise anxiety symptoms occurring in the future
  • Teach children to use a range of effective coping strategies
  • Teach children to self-calm
  • Develop emotional intelligence skills
  • Teach children life-long skills to manage stress and prevent stress build up
  • Support children so they know that they are not alone with suffering from anxiety

If you live on the Sunshine Coast, this course can also be conducted in person with a minimum of 4 children. Please contact me to discuss.

Lyn is a Registered Yoga Teacher with specialties in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Aroma Yoga, Trauma Aware Yoga, Chair Yoga, Women's Health Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Lyn is also a Kids Mindfulness Practitioner.

Lyn is currently working on Pre and Postnatal Teacher Training and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training specialties also.
