Restorative Yoga Private


Restorative yoga is an antidote to the hectic modern lifestyle. A deeply calming form of yoga, it can teach us to slow down and surrender, to become receptive rather than active, and introspective rather than externally focused. In most modern styles of yoga, we work on postures. During restorative yoga, we allow the postures to work on us. It is a way to create energy without using energy.

Lyn is a Registered Yoga Teacher with specialties in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Aroma Yoga, Trauma Aware Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Lyn is currently working on Women’s Health Yoga Teacher specialty also.

Private Yoga Classes are individually tailored, whether you want a personally tailored practice or you seek yoga therapy for a specific physical or mental health problem. Lyn’s training enables her to work with you to help you identify your goals and needs and prescribe a therapeutic program.

The initial session begins with a consultation to assess your needs and goals. From there I will tailor the sessions to target the areas and goals from our initial consultation.
