All Is Well

It's no secret I love my essential oils! But you may wonder why I love using them in our yoga sessions. According to Tracy Griffiths, my amazing AromaYoga teacher, "Both yoga and therapeutic-grade essential oils have been known to naturally decrease symptoms of stress by toning the glands of the endocrine system. Essential oils can help improve physical strength and mental focus. They enhance pranayama, meditation and relaxation."


Our Diffuser Blend this week is a wonderful mix of essential oils to help remind us that All is Well.


3 drops Eucalyptus Radiata

3 drops Lemon

2 drops Peppermint

2 drops Ravintsara

1 drop Wintergreen


Eucalyptus Radiata  can be diffused to promote a stimulating and rejuvenating environment. Due to its gentle aroma, Eucalyptus Radiata is the preferred choice for children. It is one of the most versatile eucalyptus oils.


Lemon Wellnes s essential oil offers a clean, refreshing, citrus aroma. It is traditionally used in Aromatherapy to increase mental stamina, to enhance mental alertness, and support healthy emotional balance.


Fresh, nostalgic and instantly recognisable, the scent of Peppermint essential oil invigorates the mind and senses, while inspiring a sense of peace. Peppermint essential oil can be used aromatically or topically anytime you want to add a pleasant variety to your routine! When your day is dragging - through a workout, class, or day at work - enjoy some Peppermint oil benefits by diluting and applying it to your head and neck. The refreshing aroma will give you a boost of positivity! 


Ravintsara essential oil has a pleasant and clean scent. Though it is commonly used during meditation, you can diffuse its warming and purifying scent to relax after a long day.


Wintergreen ’s refreshing minty aroma is stimulating and invigorating.
