You can transform any of these recipes into a 10mL roller blend or a 2oz spray! If you want a larger spray bottle, simply double the amount. To use the sprays, add the ingredients to a bottle, invert to mix and spray onto surfaces or skin as desired.

Sleeping Beauty

This blend is wonderful for helping support sleep! Roll onto wrists, chest, and the bottom of feet. Spray onto sheets, pyjamas, stuffed animals or lovies.

• Sleeping Beauty Roller (10mL): 20 drops each Lavender, Peace & Calming, Tangerine + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
• Sleeping Beauty Spray (2oz): 10 drops each Lavender, Peace & Calming, Tangerine + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
