Kids Yoga Therapy

Help your child find a sense of calm within their mind and bodies.

Overview

Yoga Therapy utilises a series of therapeutic exercises that work with the body to bring it back into balance. The aim of corrective exercises is to bring balance to the bodies energy flow in the meridians and assist the body in healing naturally. The targeted exercises work by correcting the function of the bodies organs, the body systems and they correct structural imbalances.

The initial session begins with a consultation to assess your needs and goals and evaluate and assess the primary issues and understand the health problems that are being experienced. Depending on your needs this may take the first session. From there I will craft your personalised program that may encompass:

Physical exercises with adaptations and variations

Breathing exercises

Meditation and/or relaxation practices that can range from affirmations,

mantra, visualisations, guided imagery, progressive body relaxation techniques, and chanting
